Our goal is to provide resources, tools, and techniques for careerist whether in corporate or business ownership. We believe the best way to empower business is through relationship building and networking.

Research has shown, the most successful individual empowering business in the 21st Century are women. Our mission is to empower women, decrease burnout, and assist with providing educational resources to leverage in business.

Founder & CEO

Christian Orr is the Founder & CEO of The Web Connect, LLC (Women Empowering Business). While she has been in the pharmaceutical industry for 14 years, she has a passion to educate, provide resources, and tools for women in business. She has worked for several Fortune 500 companies such as CVS, DELL Inc., Walgreens, yet her goal is to always make positive influences within her organization. “I’ve been starting businesses since I was 14. My first business was an Ice Parlor with my grandfather.” Christian knows the only way to build a solid business is through networking and relationship building. She knows how to put the pieces together to provide the best foundation for women in business spiritual, mentally and physically. Currently she owns three businesses; C3 Cookies (Chrissy Cookies Creations), A2Z Bridal, LLC and The Web Connect, LLC. Although her passion in healthcare has awarded her the opportunity to work in the pharmaceutical industry as a Sr. Consultant for the 340b Program, her desire for empowering women is still present.

The Web Connect Board

The Web Connect Board is a group of advisors who have managed global and corporate events for 10+ years. Additionally, our global partnership will merge with us starting 2023. While they wish to remain anonymous, they’ve been involved to oversee the quarterly events to ensure they run successfully from start to finish. Also, we will be hosting a new branch to assist the global 501 3(c) to expand a similar vision from The Web Connect. Their dedication to the Organization has been very appreciated.
